As of September 1, 2021 all officials must be in good standing prior to attendance at their first assessment day or competition. This includes having completed the NEW: Screening requirement – screening done through the company approved by Skate Canada and must show a status of “Clear”.

To complete your screening (Backcheck), sign into the Membership site, and click the Officials tab to access your Officials Dashboard
To be considered as an official in good standing, all the requirements must be met (appear in green with dates far enough in the future) on the Officials Dashboard. If this is not the case, you will be required to submit any non-compliant requirements that appear in red.
For coaches that also officiate:
You must consult both the Coaches and Officials Dashboard to ensure that all requirements as a coach and as an official are met.
