The ISU has published Communication 2254 that contains important information related to determination of Levels of Difficulty, application of GOE and Program Components for Singles and Pairs and updated for the 2019-2020 season. Additional information on these topics and specific to Skate Canada categories will be published in Technical Requirements Guides prior to the start of the competition season.
