Due to the continuing challenges of COVID-19, all deadlines associated with NCCP certifications for CanSkate, CanPowerSkate and Regional have been further extended to August 31, 2022, for those who are unable to access ice or skaters to complete their portfolio requirements.
For all coaches who do have access to ice, Certified Portfolios Submissions will continue to be accepted through the eLearning site. Coach evaluators will review all adaptations available to coaches during COVID when they go through the Pre-Brief interview process with candidates. This includes coaching methods, adaptations for evaluation and more.
